Golf Carts
Residents: Although we are a gated community, we are required to obey all traffic laws. Children are not allowed to operate a golf cart. Night time use of golf carts within Seaside is ok with lights on. Click here for North Myrtle Beach Golf Cart Regulations. You will need liability insurance and a $5 permit from Horry County. Thank you for making Seaside Plantation a safe community.

Trash Collection
Seaside Plantation Roll Cart Collection schedule: There will be only one collection day each week which will be Tuesday. Should there be any questions, please call the Sanitation Department at 843-280-5537. On collection day, carts shall be placed at the street prior to 7am and should be rolled back to the house by 7pm. Please bag all garbage prior to placing in roll cart. Recycling will continue on Monday and yard waste collection will continue on Wednesday.

Update - July 22, 2009 - Due to recent vandalism at the pool, the Board of Directors found it necessary to install video surveillance cameras aimed at the pool gates, pool area, and the pool. Please report any uninvited guests to the Board of Directors.
Beautifully decorated with sofa and 2 chairs, 4 glass top rattan tables and 16 matching chairs, 5 bar stools, stainless steel bar sink. In kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and double sink. Located in the storage closet are 18 folding chairs. Outside furniture (including pool furniture): 22 rocking chairs, 14 lounge chairs, 2 tables with 8 chairs, and one umbrella (as of June 4, 2007).

Lot Maintenance
- Courtesy letters will be mailed to vacant lots owners in need of lot maintenance.
- Maintenance work will be done on vacant lots and the lot owner will receive an invoice for the cost of maintenance plus a $50 fee.
- Please note Section 10 of your Seaside Covenants and Restrictions relative to this matter.
- Please maintain your lot.
